Test chamber

There are three floors,inside dimension is 1.22m*2.44m, the ground floor at least 1.22m high and the second floor 3.66m high, the second floor 2.24m high

Materials

The walls of the structure are to be of standard concrete masonry nominally 203mm thick .The first and second floors shall be constructed of reinforced normal-weight concrete nominally 5-8in (127-203mm)thick

a slot with dimension 305mm by 610mm is to be located in the first floor and an identical slot is to be located directly above in the second floor.each slot si to be 203mm from the back wall of the room and 102mm from side wall of the room

Centrifugal fan

1.5KW centrifugal fan, can provide the test air volume required by the standard

Inverter device

Taiwan Taian inverter is used to adjust the speed of centrifugal fan, and then control the air volume of the combustion test box.

Air volume measuring device

Two-way flowmeter device, including thermocouple and differential pressure sensor device, measures the air flow entering the cabinet by measuring the pressure difference before and after. The air volume can be displayed and adjusted by computer software.
