Machine Introduction

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese national standard GB/T 4929 '

Determination of Drop Point of Grease', and is suitable for determining the drop point of grease by the test method specified in GB/T 4929.

Main Technical Features

1. The oil bath is composed of a high temperature resistant beaker, a heater and an electric stirrer, and the heating power is continuously adjustable, 

and the temperature in the bath is uniform, which can meet the requirements of the experiment.

2. The instrument is designed as a desktop structure, compact and aesthetically pleasing, with user-friendly operation and complete accessories. 

Users can start conducting experiments immediately after purchase.

Main Technical Parameters and Indicators

1. Power supply: AC220V ±10%,50Hz.

2. Oil bath: a high temperature glass tank with a volume of about 1000 ml.

3. Test tube: heat resistant borosilicate glass test tube with edge, inner diameter of Φ11.1mm to Φ12.7mm, there are three grooves on the circumference 19mm away from the bottom to support the cup.

4. Thermometer: The temperature measurement range is (-5~300)℃, the division value is 1℃, the immersion depth is 76mm, and the total length is 390mm.

5. Heater: Tubular, 1000W.

6. Stirring motor: 500 rpm.
