SL-OA24 Grease Steel Mesh Oil Separation Tester

Machine Introduction

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the industry standard SH/T 0324 'Determination of Grease Oil Separation in Steel Mesh (Static Method)' of the People's Republic of China, and is suitable for measuring the oil separation tendency of grease under elevated temperatures.

The test method of this instrument is: 10g sample is placed in a metal wire steel mesh, in the static state of 100℃±1℃, after 30h, the mass percentage of oil flowing out through the steel mesh is measured.

Technical Parameters

Stainless steel mesh: 60 mesh (55,696 holes per square decimeter, wire diameter approximately 0.19 mm, pore size about 0.28 mm), with a metal wire handle.

2. Beaker: tall, mouthless, 200ml.

3. The cup lid is tightly attached to the cup, with a hook at the center of the lid base.

The test of grease's tendency to separate oil at higher temperature is realized with the simplest facilities.
