Machine Introduction

The instrument is designed and manufactured according to SH/T0325 "Determination of Oxidation Stability of Grease". It is suitable for determining the oxidation stability of grease in static storage in oxygen-sealed system under the condition of increasing test temperature.

Main Structure and Principle

The instrument comprises a bath tank, temperature control panel, stirring motor, heater, oxygen bomb, and temperature control circuit. The stainless steel bath tank offers corrosion resistance and extended service life.            

The digital temperature control panel with integrated circuits provides intuitive adjustment, displaying bath temperature in real-time for precise regulation. The temperature control circuit maintains constant medium temperature, while the stirring motor ensures uniform distribution, achieving high-precision temperature control. With its compact design and reliable operation, the instrument is fully optimized for laboratory applications.
